Steve Rhodes, President and CEO

Mr. Rhodes has over 18 years of experience in building and managing early stage and mature healthcare companies. His background includes all aspects of marketing, sales, business development, distribution models, and service programs.

Prior to co-founding Physician’s Trust, Mr. Rhodes was Vice President for Alteer Corporation, a leading provider of physician office workflow and practice management software. Preceding Alteer, Mr. Rhodes held officer level positions with several healthcare and technology companies including early stage medical devices, Orthopedics, Urology, Gynecology and long term care services. His background includes working with all levels of the healthcare delivery chain, from payor to provider.

Scott Belcher, President, Sales

Mr. Belcher has over 15 years of experience in building sales revenues and sales teams in early stage healthcare companies. His background includes establishing sales and marketing foundations for new markets, product introductions and line expansion.

Prior to co-founding Physicians Trust, Mr. Belcher was in charge of National Accounts for Alteer Corporation, a leading provider of physician office workflow and practice management software. Preceeding Alteer, Mr. Belcher held several management positions with healthcare companies in the Urology Disease Management and Healthcare Supply Management.

Kim Dobyns, President, Physician Services

Kim Dobyns has over 20 years of experience in running physicians practices encompassing accounting, human resources, computer operations and all day to day office administration. Mrs. Dobyns has overseen and directed the merger of several different practices, including integration of computer systems, employees, medical records and financial data.

Prior to joining Physician's Trust as a partner, Mrs. Dobyns was actively involved in the development of the practice management system for Alteer Corporation. Mrs. Dobyns has also previously worked for Mysis Corporation as well as independent consulting.

Mrs. Dobyns currently leads the physician services division of Physicians Trust.
