This will allow us to lead our clients into the future of risk-based healthcare payment models, analytics and patient engagement. With this merger, our services now include software, consulting, training, support, analytics, RCM, and hosting services. With more than sixty experts to support our existing customer base and expand our business, we feel well positioned for future growth and prepared to meet your needs now and into the future. A: We are committed to providing regular updates and news about the progress of this merger and ongoing communication with our customers.
Q: Will you be changing your name?
A: Not immediately. We will be working with a branding agency to determine the best course of action with regards to our brand and the best possible roll-out to ensure minimal disruption to our customers and team.
Q: Will the leadership change?
A: Currently, Steve Rhodes and Num Pisutha-Arnond will continue to lead the new organization. We will run accounting out of our Atlanta office, operations (Project management, training and support) out of our St. Louis office and Sales/marketing and account management out of our West Coast office
Q: How will this affect my account? Will I be
reassigned to a new contact, support desk or training
A: No. You should continue to contact your team as usual. As the two companies complete this integration, we will provide additional information.
Q: Have your teams worked together before?
A: Yes. Physicians Trust and Curas have partnered to sell and support eClinicalWorks solutions for the past twelve months. The synergy between our two organizations is clear and has had a positive impact on our ability to pursue and support new clients. We consider this merger a win-win for our customers and for our employees.
Q: What does this mean for my practice day to day?
A: You now have access to double the eClinicalWorks certified staff and resources for ongoing support, training, consulting, data analytics and revenue cycle management. We will be increasing our online educational series and newsletter output to better educate new and existing users on the EHR as well as industry forces such as MACRA, HEDIS reporting, FQHC programs, just to name a few.
