Introducing Curas Physicians Trust

Dear Valued Customers:

It’s our privilege to announce the merger of Physicians Trust and Curas. Combined, these two companies represent the largest eClinicalWorks partner in the nation as well as the most robust suite of consulting, support, and revenue cycle management services focused on eCW healthcare providers.

A major catalyst for this merger is the ability to provide a full healthcare service platform, with eClinicalWorks as the foundation. This will allow us to lead our clients into the future of risk-based healthcare payment models, analytics and patient engagement. With this merger, our services now include software, consulting, training, support, analytics, RCM, and hosting services. With more than sixty experts to support our existing customer base and expand our business, we feel well positioned for future growth and prepared to meet your needs now and into the future. We encourage you to take advantage of our expanded support team, additional project managers, expert training and consulting staff. We believe this merger will allow us to be more nimble and will result in the following benefits:

  • Benefits our customers by offering an expanded project management team, a much larger eCW support and consulting team for faster response and implementation times, and additional account management for post go-live questions that fall outside of support
  • Creates a national presence with offices in St. Louis, MO, Santa Ana, CA, Atlanta, GA, Toronto and Vancouver, Canada, with data centers in Houston and Atlanta
  • Provides personal growth opportunities for employees and expanded resources to pursue new business models and services to meet the needs of our customers
  • Positions us well for future endeavors as the largest eClinicalWorks client with the widest array of healthcare IT programs and services

As the healthcare industry continues to experience consolidation in the market and regulatory change, it creates a significant challenges on healthcare providers’ ability to focus their attention on patients. Our goal is to take the pressure off the healthcare provider by offering a complete solution from the front office to the back office, with expert consulting services and outstanding support.

Both Physicians Trust and Curas have built their businesses on developing trusting relationships with our customers. You have our commitment, that as we work through this merger, that you will be our primary focus.

We would like to extend our sincere gratitude for your business and partnership.
